Terms and Conditions
All orders via email or fax will be confirmed by phone or email within 24 hours. If for any reason you do not hear from us within 24 hours please contact us.
To qualify for free delivery your minimum order must be of £25 and your venue, home or business must fall within a five (5) mile radius of our premises in Liversedge (please ask for details) outside of this area or below this minimum order you will incur a charge starting from £5 (please ask for details).
When you place your order you will be asked for a ‘delivery by’ time. This will be used by us as the ‘latest time we can deliver’, therefore we reserve the right to deliver in advance of this time on the day the order is required. All orders will be delivered to suit you, but we must remind you that under current legislation, food can remain at ambient temperature for a maximum of four hours and should be consumed within this period. We advise that any waste should be disposed of after this time.
All items are subject to availability and the information contained within this brochure is correct at the time of going to press.
All non-disposable platters remain the property of Catering with Taste and should be available for our collection. Items not available for our collection will be charged for at list price.
Our breakfast service is subject to a minimum of 10 persons and beverages are not available without a food order. Orders required before 08:30hrs will be subject to a delivery charge.
Our Canapés service and Cold Buffet selection are subject to a minimum order of 10 people, Menu’s D to G are subject to a minimum order of 25 people
Payment Terms
Corporate Clients – 14 days from date of invoice unless agreed otherwise. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing at least 24 hours prior to buffet requirements. Cancellations on the day will be charged in full.
Private Clients – Functions - Non returnable booking fee of £50 on booking, followed by a 50% pre-payment 3 weeks before and final payment due on the day of the event. Should the booking be cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to the date, only the deposit is forfeited. If the booking is cancelled between 3 weeks and 1 week prior to the date, then a charge of 50% of the anticipated cost of the booking will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 1 week prior to the function then a charge of 75% of the anticipated cost will be payable. Cancellations on the day will be charged in full.
Clients, both Corporate and Private who give 48 hours notice of finger buffet/working lunches requirements will be liable for full payment on the day required. Cancellations on the day will be charged in full.
Cancellations will only be accepted once confirmed in writing.
